Cookie policy
Which cookies and similar tools this website uses, what they are for, how long they last and how to manage them, under Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and the Guidelines of 10 June 2021 of the Italian data protection authority. Updated on 15 October 2026.
Cookies and similar tools
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser to find them again on later visits. The browser's local storage and scripts that read information from the device work in a similar way. The Italian data protection authority divides them into three families: technical ones, needed to run the website or to do what the visitor asks; analytics ones, which measure visits and, under certain conditions, count as technical; and profiling ones, which follow people in order to show advertising or tailored content. The first two do not require consent; the third do, before they are used.
Cookies and data stored by this website
They are all technical and first-party, that is, set by the website itself: · “lingua” (cookie): remembers the language chosen with the selector, to reopen the website in that language. It is created only when you choose a language and lasts 12 months. · “sc-senza-statistiche” (browser local storage): remembers that you asked not to be counted in the visit statistics. It is created only if you ask, with the button further down, and stays until you remove it, with the same button or by clearing the website's data. · “sc_admin” (cookie): the session of whoever logs into the area reserved for managing the website, only for authorised staff and only under /admin. It lasts 12 hours. No consent is needed: they are necessary to do what you ask (Article 122(1) of the Italian Privacy Code).
Visit statistics without cookies
To count visits, the website uses Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not store anything on your device. It has the features that the Italian data protection authority requires for treating an analytics tool like a technical cookie (Guidelines of 10 June 2021, § 7.2): it only produces aggregate statistics about this website; it does not combine the data with other data or pass it on; it does not follow your browsing on other websites; it does not store the IP address; the code that recognises a visit is deleted within 24 hours; page addresses are sent without parameters. This is why consent is not required. You can still ask not to be counted, with the button below; if your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, you are not counted anyway. The details are in the privacy policy.
No profiling and no third parties
The website does not use profiling cookies, has no advertising pixels and does not embed content from others that would set any. That is why it does not show a consent banner: the Italian data protection authority requires one only when there are tools that need consent (Guidelines of 10 June 2021, § 7.1). The map of our premises opens on Google Maps in a new tab, and the product configurator is a separate application with its own privacy notice: their own rules apply there. If one day the website added a tool that requires consent, it would ask for it before using it, and this page would say so.
How to manage cookies
You can view, block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings: · Chrome · Firefox · Safari · Edge Without the “lingua” cookie the website opens in your browser's language; without the others, nothing changes for visitors.
Controller and rights
The data controller is Stil Casa di Marcheselli Angelo & C. s.n.c., Via Milano 195, 46019 Cogozzo di Viadana (MN), Italy. Who receives the data, how long it is kept and how to exercise your rights, including complaints to the authority, is set out in the privacy policy. For questions: stilcasa@stil-casa.it.
